Flank Steak Fajitas


Flank Steak Fajitas

Ingredients
2 lb Flank Steak
1 onion thinly sliced
1 Red pepper thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves pressed
1 jalapeño seeded and chopped
2 tsp. chili powder ( I use a little more than 1 tsp)
1/2 cumin
1 tsp salt
1/4c vegetable oil
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Instructions

Cut meat against the grain 1/4 inch strips.  Mix everything but the meat together in a bowl.  Place meat in slow cooker pour mixture on top.  Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.  Enjoy!!
