1 onion thinly sliced
1 Red pepper thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves pressed
1 jalapeño seeded and chopped
2 tsp. chili powder ( I use a little more than 1 tsp)
1/2 cumin
1 tsp salt
1/4c vegetable oil
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
